Joined Zheng Hongxiang's team during the internship period. Since the internship and practice, served as the permanent legal advisor of Guangdong Clinical Trial Association, and was responsible for drafting, reviewing, revising and daily legal consultation of contracts, etc. During the period, represented the first trial, second trial and re-trial of a series of cases of disputes over the pre-sale contract of commercial properties in Yangcheng International Trade Centre between Provincial First Construction Company and Lun Bingcai, and represented LEE KUM KEE Limited in a series of unfair competition disputes over "steamed fish soya sauce" and a series of trademark infringement cases over "thin salt soy sauce", and also acted in a number of other disputes over infringement of design patents, trademark infringement and infringement of other intellectual property rights, with extensive experience of working on cases.
