Mr. Zhu has been focused on legal affairs in financial law, guarantee law, company law, and maritime affairs for years. He has successfully represented a large number of cases in financial loans, guarantees, listed company equity, bankruptcy liquidation and many others in the Guangdong Provincial Higher People's Court and the Supreme People's Court. He has participated in "The First Bankruptcy Case of Chinese Financial Institutions: The Bankruptcy Case of Guangdong State Investment” . he has unique experience and outstanding performance in these economic litigation and enforcement cases.

In recent years, Mr. Zhu has served as a legal counsel for various listed companies, high-tech enterprises, private enterprises and financial management institutions in China. He mainly provides legal advice on corporate investment and financing, M&A, foreign investment, debt and asset restructuring.
