2.Served as counsel to a division/department of a municipal bureau; assisted the client’s staff in handling hundreds of administrative disputes and provided corresponding legal consulting services.

3.Currently serves as counsel to a construction engineering company; provided litigation legal services for multiple engineering projects, including the Baiyun College project of Guangdong Metallurgical Construction Company, and has practical legal experience in construction engineering.

4.Currently serves as counsel to brand hotels under Jinjiang Hotels and numerous well-known restaurant chain brands; provided various litigation and non-litigation legal services involving franchising, lease contracts, etc., and has extensive practical legal experience in franchising and hotel/restaurant brand management.
