• Advised Meta (formerly known as Facebook) on the establishment of various joint ventures with other world-renowned TMT corporations to construct, own and operate high-performance submarine cable systems across the world, which include, amongst others:
1) The APRICOT Cable System with Google, NTT, PLDT and XL Axiata connecting Guam, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and the Philippines (Aug 2021)
2) The Bifrost Cable System with Keppel Midgard Holdings and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International linking Guam, Indonesia, Singapore and the United States (Mar 2021)
3) The Echo Cable System with Google connecting Singapore and the United States with branches to Guam and Indonesia (Mar 2021)
4) The Bay-to-Bay Express Cable System with Amazon and China Mobile International connecting Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and the United States (Jul 2018)

• Represented two famous Chinese film actor /directors, Xu Zheng 徐峥 and Ning Hao 宁浩, in their US$88 million joint acquisition with a third investor of a controlling stake in Huanxi Media Group Limited (formerly known as 21 Holdings Limited) (HKSE: 1003) (May 2015) and provided director’s training to them
