● As the agent of Ms. Guan, a Hong Kong resident, in a huge fraud case, Mr. Yin overcame difficulties such as judicial inaction and local protectionism, and saved the victim from great economic losses. The amount involved in this case is 190 million, concerning places like Guangdong, Hong Kong, Shandong and other places.
● Mr. Yin successfully represented Yunnan Provincial High Court in the case of shareholder qualification confirmation of Yunnan Laterite Airlines Co., Ltd. The subject amount of the case is 600 million yuan.
● Mr. Yin successfully represented the creditor of Beijing Fengsheng Capital Management Co., Ltd. in the case of cancellation. The subject amount of the case is 180 million yuan, and it was rated as the Annual Outstanding Case of Kunming.
● Mr. Yin successfully represented Tang Long X in the case of civil loan dispute against Yunnan Laterite Airlines Co., Ltd. The subject amount of the case is 30 million yuan.
● Mr. Yin successfully represented Guangzhou Kairongdu International Hotel against Guangzhou Xingge Entertainment Co., Ltd. in the case of debt dispute. The subject amount of the case is 70 million yuan.
