Zhuoxin Was Selected as one of the "Model Law Firms in Guangzhou for Standardized Management" by Guangzhou Lawyers Association

To improve the standardized management of law firms and promote the high-quality development of the legal profession, the Guangzhou Lawyers Association formulated and introduced the Implementation Measures for the Creation of Model Law Firms for Standard Management in Guangzhou in 2022, officially launching the establishment project of the “Model Law Firms for Standard Management in Guangzhou ”. Following on-site assessment, strict evaluation and publicity procedures, the Guangzhou Lawyers Association released the first batch of “Model Law Firms for Standard Management in Guangzhou” on October 17, 2023, in which Guangdong Zhuoxin Law Firm was honorably listed.
The year 2023 marked the thirtieth anniversary of the deepened reforms of the lawyer system in Guangzhou. In that scenario, the Justice Bureau of Guangzhou Municipality and the CPC Committee of Guangzhou Legal Profession have released the assessment index system of the “Model Law Firms for Standard Management in Guangzhou”. The system mainly highlights the internal management and the CPC building indicators of law firms, defines the eight aspects of goals and tasks to be achieved including the CPC and League organization construction, organizational structure management, internal personnel management, workplace management, legal business management, law firm financial management, risk management and professional ethics, practice discipline education and pro bono legal services, and elaborates and breaks down thirty-nine specific indicators. The system is the first innovation of an “upgraded version” of the standardization construction of the legal profession in the new era nationwide, and therefore has important guidance to direct the standardization, professionalization and high-quality construction of law firms.
Established in 1999, Zhuoxin has always been adhering to the practice philosophy of “In pursuit of excellence, trust and integrity oriented”, thereby attracting, fostering and leading a team of attorneys with excellent ethics and prominent professional expertise. Also, requiring standardization of strict management, Zhuoxin has established and improved the rules and regulations of the firm, the risk prevention mechanism and the dispute mediation system, as a solid guarantee for the delivery of efficient professional services to clients. In addition, aiming at and following the route of high-quality development, the firm perseveres in promoting the CPC construction to enhance the development of the firm and in turn to solidify the team building, constantly improves the management ability of the firm and the quality of legal services, and promotes the comprehensive development of standardization, professionalization, brand-building and scaling up. Being listed among the first batch of “Model Law Firms for Standard Management in Guangzhou” is another honor of significance Zhuoxin has earned since being awarded the “Standard Law Firms in Guangzhou” in 2007 and repeatedly listed among the “CPC Organizations of Law Firms for the CPC Construction Project of the Provincial Legal Profession” since 2017.
